A Great Place to Live

I've been at the Rogers for 2 years now. It's been a great place to live. A historic old building - well maintained with modern conveniences. The management and housekeeping are great and very helpful!

Clean and Secure

When I first came for a tour, what impressed me the most about the Rogers was, besides being a historical landmark, how clean and secure the building is maintained. And how cordial and attentive the staff were to my needs.

Over 16 Years

I live at The Rogers and have for 16 years. Holiday decorations, flowers and overall building cleanliness are maintained by staff and management. We have tornado safety procedures, fire drills and smoke detectors checked monthly. In 2008 The Rogers residents were thrilled by the filming of "Public Enemies" with Johnny Depp.

Above and Beyond

My mother spent over a decade living in the Senior Addition of The Rogers. She always felt so welcomed and cared for by the staff - above and beyond! This made the last years of her life more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise.

The Rogers: My home away from home.
Near downtown Beaver Dam-where everything you need is near-by and the convenient parking is free. The Rogers is clean and secure. Different living arrangements are available and the prices are right. The management and staff are friendly, caring and willing to give a tour.
